  1. BASIC CONCEPTS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

 1.1. The electronic store www.fitoterra.eu is owned by the company UAB Denpasa, which is the official seller of www.fitoterra.eu goods.
1.2. UAB Denpasa requisites: legal entity code 304541230, head office address –  Trinapolio st. 11A, LT-08338 Vilnius,  Lithuania.
1.3. The buyer is the person who orders goods in the www.fitoterra.eu e-shop, pays for the order and is the final recipient and user of the goods.
1.4. The rules of the electronic store www.fitoterra.eu determine the general conditions of use for the Buyers, which are regulated in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The buyer agrees to these rules by registering and buying in the online store www.fitoterra.eu. Disputes, disagreements or claims arising from the implementation or violation of these rules are resolved through negotiations or in the court of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for direct losses in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5. UAB Denpasa may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the www.fitoterra.eu electronic store without notifying the Buyer in advance. In such event, all rights and obligations provided for in these rules or applicable legislation relating to orders already fulfilled or in progress shall remain in effect.
1.6. The buyer’s personal data is processed under the conditions specified in the privacy policy.
1.7. The buyer has the right to contact the administration of the electronic store by phone or at the e-mail address specified in the contact information of www.fitoterra.eu. The response to the Buyer’s request is provided within 5 working days.
1.8. The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer using the e-mail address and telephone number provided in the registration form.
1.9. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the date of their publication. In the electronic store www.fitoterra.eu, the rules are presented in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. REGISTRATION AND RULES

 2.1. Registration in the FITOTERRA e-shop

2.1.1.In order to order goods from the www.fitoterra.eu online store, the Buyer must log in to his account or select the purchase function without registration. The buyer must provide the necessary data for the fulfillment of the order before confirming the order.
2.1.2. During registration or placing an order, the Buyer is given the opportunity to familiarize himself with the rules applied in the www.fitoterra.eu online store. The buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the rules of the online store and the provisions of the privacy policy, understands and undertakes to comply with them, and assumes the obligations and responsibilities arising from this action. In the event that the Buyer is not fully familiar with the presented rules, UAB Denpasa does not assume any responsibility for insufficient information of the Buyer.
2.1.3. UAB Denpasa confirms to the Buyer that it operates in compliance with all the specified rules in the online store www.fitoterra.eu. This includes the provisions of the privacy policy, the sale of goods, proper packaging and delivery, the quality of goods, the fulfillment of return conditions and the implementation of other rights and obligations of the seller provided by legislation.
2.1.4. UAB Denpasa reserves the right to refuse to fulfill or may limit orders if the Buyer violates the rules of the electronic store or the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. UAB Denpasa has the right to limit the Buyer’s use of the electronic store or cancel the Buyer’s registration without separate notice.
2.1.5. After registering in the online store, the Buyer is fully responsible for his actions and the security of the registration data. The seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties, performed after using the login data of the Buyer. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately notify the www.fitoterra.eu customer service department by e-mail info@fitoterra.eu or shop@fitoterra.eu.

2.2. Privileges of registered FITOTERRA users

Registered users of the www.fitoterra.eu electronic store have the following privileges:

2.2.1. Track the status of orders and view the history of purchased goods;
2.2.2. Receive information about promotions, discounts and new products;
2.2.3. Receive a cumulative discount of 5% on the amount of money spent, which can be used to pay for purchases, every time you shop;
2.2.4. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UAB Denpasa gives users the opportunity to remove all their account data from the database of the e-shop www.fitoterra.eu. For this, it is necessary to submit a free form request by e-mail to shop@fitoterra.eu.

2.3. Age of buyers

2.3.1. FITOTERRA products are sold only to persons over the age of 18, therefore persons under the age of 18 have the right to register in the online store www.fitoterra.eu. In case of suspicion regarding the Buyer’s age, UAB Denpasa reserves the right to demand a document confirming the Buyer’s identity.
2.3.2. By purchasing goods online and agreeing to the rules, the Buyer confirms that the information provided in the account is correct, the Buyer is active and his activity is not limited.
2.3.3. The Buyer is responsible for false information provided in the account in accordance with the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. PURCHASE OF GOODS

 3.1. FITOTERRA products

3.1.1. The buyer can independently order goods in the online store www.fitoterra.eu.
3.1.2. The Buyer can place an order for goods by phone or e-mail at shop@fitoterra.eu or info@fitoterra.eu.
3.1.3. UAB Denpasa at the trading points of partners, which are indicated in the Partners section of www.fitoterra.eu. It is noted that UAB Denpasa is not responsible for the range of goods available at partner outlets.

3.2. Order fulfillment
3.2.1.The purchase and sale of goods is considered to have taken place from the moment the Buyer receives a notification about the order and confirmation that the payment is successful and the order has been fulfilled to his e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s purchase account.
3.2.2. The Buyer’s order begins to be executed after the money has been credited to the Seller’s bank
in the account.

3.3. Order errors
3.3.1. If you notice any errors after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the phone number specified in the e-shop or by e-mail at shop@fitoterra.eu and info@fitoterra.eu.
