Returning the goods



1.1. The goods are considered high-quality if they meet the standard of the goods: the validity period of the goods has not expired, the consistency of the goods has not changed, their packaging is not damaged or there are no other mechanical damages and quality defects of the goods.

1.2. The Buyer does not have the right to return quality goods that the Buyer has used, damaged their packaging, damaged or lost their marketable appearance due to other actions taken by the Buyer, as well as goods that are not complete (if a set was purchased). In the listed cases, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods from the Buyer in accordance with the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3. Quality goods to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition (labels not removed or damaged, protective film not torn, packaging not opened and damaged, etc.) and cannot be used or otherwise damaged. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the same set as it was received from the Seller. If the product is not complete, is damaged, untidy or was not properly packed during transportation and as a result has lost its marketable appearance, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to return the money paid for the product to the Buyer.

1.4. In case of defects of low-quality goods, the Seller undertakes to eliminate the defects. Defective goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the “Rules of Retail Trade” approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.


2.1. In order to return the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at no later than 14 (fourteen) days after purchasing the goods. The Buyer will receive a “Deed of Return of Goods” by e-mail, in which the Buyer undertakes to indicate the item he wishes to return, its order number and the reason for returning the item.

2.2. After submitting the request to return the goods, the Buyer undertakes to immediately return the goods to the Seller together with the purchase document (VAT invoice).

2.3. Goods are returned by registered mail via Lithuanian Post to the address of UAB Denpasa, Trinapolis st. 11A-68, LT-08338 Vilnius, Lithuania. It is necessary to indicate UAB Denpasa phone number +37064707606. It is also possible to beautify through postal machines, specifying the name of the company and the phone number. The address of the post office must be Trinapolis st. 11A-68, LT-08338 Vilnius, Lithuania.

2.4. When returning quality goods, shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.


3.1. The amount paid for the goods purchased in the e-shop and paid for through the electronic banking system or by advance bank transfer is returned to the payer’s bank account within 14 days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the Buyer for the returned goods until the goods are returned to the Seller.

3.3. When the buyer returns a quality product, the shipping costs of the order are not refunded. In the event that a defective product is returned, the cost of returning the product is paid by the Seller.

3.4. If the Buyer specifies incorrect data necessary for the refund or other unforeseen cases occur regardless of the Seller’s will, the Seller does not assume responsibility for a longer refund period than provided for in these rules.
