DELIVERY OF GOODS

The price of delivery of goods in Lithuania
The price of delivery of the ordered goods depends on the chosen delivery method and is applied to the entire ordered basket of goods (individual goods are not divided):
1. LP Express postal machines – €2.00. Delivery of goods within 2-3 working days after sending the order to the selected LP Express post office.
2. Omniva postal machines – €2.00. Delivery of goods within 2-3 working days from sending the order to the selected Omniva post machine.
3. Lithuanian Post – €2.00. Delivery of goods in the territory of Lithuania within 2-3 working days from the dispatch of the order to the nearest Lithuanian post office.

4. Delivery of goods by courier – €5.00. The goods will be delivered by the courier within 1-2 working days after the order is sent to the address you specified.

Delivery time of goods

We ship your ordered items within two working days after payment of the order. We will inform you about the shipment of the order by e-mail, in the letter we will indicate the tracking number of the shipment, so that you can follow the path of your shipment. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. UAB Denpasa undertakes to deliver the goods by the delivery method specified by the buyer, but does not assume responsibility for the delivery terms of parcel transportation services.

Sending goods to other countries.

If you want to send goods abroad, you must choose the Lithuanian Post delivery method. For sending your order outside Lithuania, write to us by e-mail at info@fitoterra.eu. The price of the service depends on the weight of the order and is paid regardless of the value of the order. Goods to foreign countries are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from their dispatch. The delivery time depends on which country and region the goods are to be delivered to. In some cases, delivery may take longer than stated.

Delivery of goods.

Your goods, which you have ordered in the online store, are delivered with an invoice. If goods are refused during delivery without reasonable reasons, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not have the goods you ordered at that time, we will contact you by e-mail or phone and offer to exchange the ordered goods for others or, at your request, we will cancel the order and the money will be returned to the payer’s account within 5 working days.

If a wrong shipping address is provided, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. If the order is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, to a post machine or Lithuanian post office and the Buyer does not pick up the order, the order is returned to the Seller. The Seller does not carry out the reshipment and the order is cancelled. If the buyer does not apply for the ordered and paid goods within 30 calendar days from the return of the goods, the order is canceled and the goods remain the property of UAB Denpasa. In this case, the Buyer can no longer make a claim and claim the goods.

Product quality and non-conformity

During the delivery of the goods, the buyer must check the condition of the delivered goods. After the buyer signs the document provided by the courier or post office employee confirming the delivery, it is considered that the items in the package are in order and the package is transferred without violating the terms of the contract. If external damage to the package is noticed during the delivery (the package is wet, folded or torn), the Buyer must note this in the delivery document of the acceptance of the package and submit an act of damage to the package to the package delivery company. If the buyer does not take the expected actions at the time of delivery and collection of the package, the Seller does not assume responsibility for damage to the goods in the package or non-compliance of the package, in the event that the causes of the damage are due to improper transportation. UAB Denpasa does not assume responsibility for violations of the work quality of parcel delivery services. The seller must be informed about non-conformity of the goods, defects of the goods or other violations of the goods no later than within 24 hours after the buyer picks up the parcel. If the buyer does not apply within 24 hours after receiving the shipment, it is considered that the order has been properly fulfilled. In the event that the complaint filed by the Buyer is justified and confirmed, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid for the goods to the Buyer and compensates for the costs associated with returning the goods. Money paid for damaged goods is returned to the Buyer only after returning the goods to the Seller.
